If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 15 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges)
All returns are subject to inspection. All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.
Instructions for the returns:
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
The order number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

In new condition.
In their original packaging.
Must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
Any signs of wear.
Parts of the item are missing.
Purchases cannot be returned if are personalized by our laser engraving service
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the shipping date to avoid any refusal at support@fashionfollie.com
Once the return is inspected and accepted, the refund will be issued. It may take up to 7 business days to process the transfer and the funds to settle.

All returns will have the initial cost of shipping from Fashion Follie to the customer deducted from the return.
